Do customers pay shipping costs?

Hanoi customers pay VND17,000 per Kg for transport fee to Hanoi. HCMC customers do not pay for shipping costs.

When should I order?

All orders are received and packed in Dalat. They are shipped in the evening from Dalat to HCMC. 

1. Saigon customers should place their orders before 2:00 PM they day before they expect delivery.

2. Hanoi deliveries are made on Monday and Thursday. Therefore, Hanoi customers should place their orders before 2:00 PM on Sunday and Wednesday.

Can I order by phone?

Yes you can order by phone. The phone number for orders is 063 354-9008. Please be sure and tell us all the information we need to get your order to you at the correct time and place.

Is there a minimum order size?

Yes, we ask all customers to order a  minimum of VND75,000 of product. This amount does  not include shipping and delivery charges.
